The candidate has a general aptitude for designing, drafting, and advancing architectural projects. They are interested in design, construction, and eager to participate in all phases of architectural project development. Responsibilities will be tailored according to the candidate’s specific skills and interests, for example:
- BIM Drafting and Modeling (all our projects are in BIM)
- Design, project development, and management
- Development of construction principles and collaboration on detail design
- Coordination and collaboration with innovative and high-performing engineering firms
- Specification writing and preparation of project documents
- Regulatory analysis and code studies
- Construction site supervision
DESIRED SKILLS:

- Ability to learn software
- Interest in construction and feasibility

- 2 to 5 years of experience as an Architect or Designer
