Villa Nueva is a project comprising a dozen prefabricated housing units for renting micro apartments/micro lofts intended for a young population, students, or those who have simply chosen to simplify their lifestyle. At the heart of a vibrant and developing neighborhood, these micro apartments were born from the following vision: Create a community living environment that promotes interaction between occupants and engages them in maintaining a good neighborhood.
