The mass timber structure, utilizing Nailed Laminated Timber (NLT) and Glulam, reflects an innovative approach. NLT, developed in collaboration with the Charpentes Montmorency team, incorporates an alternating pattern that enhances the aesthetics and acoustic quality of the structural product. It offers high structural rigidity and quick installation, reducing adhesive use and maximizing durability. Double columns and beams discreetly integrate mechanical systems while supporting a crane. Massive timber bracing adds stability and visual identity to the project.

Innovative solutions include polycarbonate panels for uniform lighting and a biomass boiler fueled by production waste. This system heats the radiant flooring, illustrating sustainable and circular resource management.
