INCUBATEUR D’ENTREPRISE SAINT-RAYMOND
Saint-Raymond
2020
The Incubateur Saint-Raymond project aims to drive job creation and economic diversification in the Portneuf region. Backed by financial and technical support from Desjardins and the MRC, this incubator supports businesses in incubation and exploration phases.
The birch LVL wood structure is a key innovation of the project, reflecting the DNA of the Portneuf region, offering a sustainable and aesthetic solution. Industrial suites are accessible through a dynamic central core designed to unite businesses and foster collaboration. Interior circulation is aligned with exterior openings to maximize natural light in shared spaces while maintaining an efficient layout and affordable rents.
The exposed wood structure is complemented by contrasting steel elements, adding a contemporary character to the project. This balance of functionality and aesthetics creates a stimulating environment for new businesses.
