OÏKOPOLIS
Saint-Raymond
2020
Oikopolis serves as the new headquarters for Oikos Construction, housed in a clean and refined volume. The building uses a glulam timber structure with nailed laminated timber (NTL) decking. It combines two functional zones: a rear warehouse and front administrative offices spread across the ground and upper floors. A recessed main entrance defines the access point, and an independent executive terrace unfolds at the upper level. The interior spaces are designed to encourage team interaction while ensuring excellent acoustic comfort. Large openings maximize natural light and maintain visual continuity with the surrounding site.
