Known for its efficiency, intrinsic carbon sequestration qualities, and aesthetics, this project creates an environment that is both stimulating for workers and welcoming for visitors.

The layout of office spaces and meeting zones has been entirely redesigned to offer a shared gathering area. This initiative fosters daily interactions between production and development teams, promoting collaboration. This gathering space also serves as the centerpiece for the company’s renowned barbecues and family events, showcasing its remarkable human-centered and inclusive values.

An inviting pathway was designed to allow clients and investors to explore the factory from an interior balcony without disrupting production activities. The interior program’s balance was meticulously refined to optimize dimensions and meet functional needs.

Finally, close collaboration with the production chain development team enhanced efficiency and fluidity in internal movements, resulting in a functional and innovative environment.
