The space is divided into two distinct volumes: the first, open and offering large openings facing the lake, houses the large multifunctional room.
It also contains rooms for storing nautical equipment and for organizing activities. The materiality of the coating, the wooden slats painted in white, echoes the nautical world by recalling the boathouses on the shores of lakes.
It also features a cathedral ceiling to accentuate the effect of interior grandeur. The second volume, topped with a green roof, houses the administration of the city of Lac-Saint-Joseph as well as a conference room.
The two volumes are staggered to create a covered entrance at the front as well as a large terrace with a view of the lake. A gallery connects these spaces by creating a circulation that surrounds the building.
