Developed for CIETECH, a nonprofit organization created by CieNOV, the project supports the establishment of a hub for smart commerce and experiential technologies. Located in a targeted urban zone, the quadrilateral includes commercial spaces, digital services, institutions, and venues for technological dissemination. The program is organized around a central atrium that efficiently connects all components and opens toward the exterior.

A fragmented architectural strategy ensures seamless integration with the existing site and surrounding mature trees. This approach reduces the perceived mass while creating dynamic perspectives of the building from every access point. Technical areas such as the food court are carefully planned to ensure flexible, high-quality spaces suited for public events and high-level business tenants.
