The project introduces a multifunctional centre for Lévis' innovation sectors, developed in collaboration with OIKOS Construction. It brings together classrooms, shared spaces, and facilities for tech companies. The program is organized into two main wings connected by a common volume at the heart of a green corridor. This configuration fosters interaction among users while offering a peaceful setting sheltered from Highway 20 noise.
