The Émergence – Phase 1 project, located in the Saint-Romuald area of Lévis, is set within a rapidly growing neighborhood near a wide range of services. The building’s architecture stands out for its elegance and cohesive design. Balconies serve as a distinctive and unique feature: designed as "filtering baskets," they enhance user privacy while diffusing natural light. This approach creates a secondary façade, adding depth and sophistication to the building.

Anchored in its urban context, the building incorporates a series of townhouses at its base. These units, featuring private courtyards and independent entrances, provide a smooth transition to the surrounding urban fabric. This design offers a pleasant pedestrian zone around the building, creating a restful and intimate environment while fostering gentle interactions between public and private spaces.
The townhouses are visually distinctive, aiding identification and strengthening residents’ sense of ownership. The main entrance of the building is highlighted by a double-height façade supported by large precast concrete columns. Carefully designed in collaboration with the engineering team, these columns offer an elegant and lightweight appearance while supporting the entire building. This distinctive feature naturally draws attention to the entrance.

The residences offer varied typologies, with spacious and bright interiors tailored to contemporary needs. Each unit includes generous storage spaces and flexible work areas, catering to modern lifestyles.
