The Quartier Élévation – Phase 2 project, located in Saint-Nicolas, benefits from an exceptional site offering panoramic views of the bridges, the Saint Lawrence River, and the Chaudière River. This second phase is part of a comprehensive design approach, following a coherent and strategic master plan.

The architecture, timeless and understated, stands out through its strong expression in the geometry and variation of balconies, which form the dominant visual element of the building’s appearance. These carefully designed balconies add a dynamic and aesthetic dimension to the project while maximizing the viewing experience for each resident. The railings have been designed to reduce vertigo without obstructing the view, becoming more opaque on higher floors. This approach enhances user comfort while giving the building a lighter and more airy exterior appearance, reinforcing its visual elevation.

At the ground level, a base structure hosts a wellness center for users. This space, bathed in abundant natural light, features a swimming pool and shared spaces offering breathtaking views of the bridges. This base structure serves as a striking visual introduction to the site and constitutes a defining entry point for users. Two dynamic program sections are organized around vehicle circulation and the main access, linked to the site's various uses.

On the upper floors, the residences offer spacious and comfortable living areas designed to meet current needs. Each unit provides a variety of typologies, from 1 to 3 bedrooms, with particular attention to orientation to optimize views. The residences include workspaces, sufficient storage areas, and large private balconies that enhance the user experience.
