This contemporary chalet skilfully translates the client's desires for simplicity and functionality. The interior spaces have been meticulously designed to create an impression of spaciousness despite the small size of the house.

Particular attention has been paid to the transitions between the interior and the exterior by means of large windows that extend the interior space to the exterior. Just as much for the protected outdoor patio equipped with retractable screens, which provides extra room in spring, summer and fall.

The entrance portico, in continuity with the outdoor terrace, is cleverly arranged to mitigate the inconvenience of the cold and the wind.

The choice of materials and their positioning is guided by their exposure to bad weather. While most of the wood is found in protected areas, the main exterior cladding is metal.

The details of its assembly, particularly at the wall / roof junction, have been carefully worked out in order to maintain the clean lines of the volumes.
