This spacious lakeside residence is the result of extensive research in terms of sustainable construction and passive solar houses. All the characteristics of the site have been carefully studied in order to design an organization of space and a volumetry in osmosis with the needs of the client and the environmental context.

Access to the residence, which offers a route along a path lined with mature trees, is rather discreet. On arrival, the copper roof already traces the main axes of the project, revealing its elegant massing. Taking advantage of the slope of the land, the ground floor spreads out in two wings which overhang a garden level accessible on one level and which stretch towards the lake to culminate on projecting balconies above the landscaped arrangements.
Strategically dividing the volumes of the project, the large windows provide striking visual insights into the landscape. Upon arrival, the large opening above the entrance reveals the wideness of the interior open space and its panoramic view of the lake. Inside, the arrangement of the windows offers a diversity of points of view that create natural and changing pictures of nature, thus contributing to the quality of the living spaces.
First floor: Entrance hall, main kitchen, dining room, office with terrace, complete master suite with terrace, powder room, laundry room, multiple built-in storage, open circular staircase, storage room and garage.
Ground Floor: Three bedrooms, main living room of double height, den, kitchenette with pool table, bathroom, wine cellar, multiple built-in storage, workshop, mechanical room, storage room and underground garage (accessible via lifting platform for cars).
