The concept of the T-House is based on the constructive principle of prefabrication. The idea is to reduce construction costs by manufacturing the two main volumes in the factory.

Once delivered to the site, the volumes will be superimposed and there will only be the finishing, connection and landscaping work to be carried out.

In order to integrate the house into this particularly sensitive area of Sillery, great attention was paid to the choice of exterior cladding (cedar and white brick siding).

A special effort was also made to introduce the green character of the district into the project (the majority of the roofs form gardens of native plants and grasses).

Inside, the clever distribution of serving spaces (hall and entrance corridor, staircase, bathroom), intelligently articulates the spaces served (living rooms and bedrooms), in order to maximize sense of size despite a relatively small area.
